All iGuide and Photography will be delivered 24 hours after the shoot time.

We use a dropbox link in an email to safely deliver your photographs to you. We will send you your iGuide report will directly from our iGuide Portal. Here you will find all the required links to your Virtual Tours, Floor Plans and Measurements. You can download a pdf of the floor plans in either imperial or metric form.

The billable area includes the sum of the interior spaces of all floors, as well as any drafted areas that may be excluded from the final interior floor area totals. These exclusions include spaces like sun rooms, crawlspaces, detached garages or outbuildings, rooms accessible only from the outside, and floor areas of rooms with sloped ceilings where the ceiling height is less than 5 feet. While these areas are drafted and billed, they are not included in the total floor area. Additionally, there are drafted spaces shown on floor plans that are neither included in the total floor area nor billed. These spaces include attached garages with interior doors, cold rooms, areas open to below, and exterior spaces such as balconies, decks, and patios.

This all depends on the size of the home. For an average 2000 Sq Ft home, we can complete interior and exterior photos, iGuide 360 Tour, RMS Measurements in about two hours. For longer productions or bigger homes, we generally like to block off upto three hours for completion.
