PRIVACY & SAFETY
At Homebound West - Real Estate Listing Media, we prioritize the privacy and safety of our clients' information. We adhere to strict protocols to ensure the secure handling and protection of personal data. Our privacy policy outlines our commitment to transparency and security, providing you with peace of mind when using our services. We utilize industry-standard practices to safeguard your data and only use it for the intended purposes. Rest assured, your privacy is of utmost importance to us.
COPYRIGHT & MEDIA LICENSING
All photographs, videos, drone media, floor plans, virtual tours, iGuide tours, social media content, and all other media created by Homebound West remain the sole copyrighted property of Homebound West unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Payment for services grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for marketing the specific property listing for which the media was originally created.
This license permits use of the media by the purchasing agent and/or brokerage for:

MLS and Realtor.ca listings

Property marketing websites
-
Social media marketing
-
Print and digital marketing related to the active listing
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Homebound West:

Transfer, resale, sharing, or redistribution of media to another agent, brokerage, homeowner, builder, stager, designer, marketing company, or third-party media company

Uploading media under another photography or media company’s branding or platform

Claiming authorship, ownership, or creation of media produced by Homebound West

Editing, altering, filtering, AI modifying, or materially changing the media

Commercial use beyond marketing the original property listing

Use of media after a listing has expired, sold, cancelled, or transferred to another agent or brokerage unless approved in writing by Homebound West
Homebound West reserves the right to invoice additional licensing fees for any unauthorized use, redistribution, transfer, or commercial usage of media.
Homebound West retains the right to use all created media for portfolio display, website content, social media, advertising, competitions, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the shoot.
By booking services with Homebound West and/or using delivered media, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
