Cancellation Policy

All billable measurements include basements, garages & exterior buildings. Agents and homeowners are required to have the property cleaned and staged before the photo shoot. If the property isn’t ready for photography, please make every effort to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: By booking our services, you confirm that the property is prepared for photos. Please note that a $50 service fee will be applied if we need to return to a property due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the property is not ready, staging is incomplete, construction is ongoing, areas unavailable due to pet presence, the agent or homeowner is unavailable, or there is no key in the lockbox. This fee also applies to partial shoots if certain areas like the exterior or specific rooms are not ready and require a return visit from the photographer. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, if a property is rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot, a $50 fee will apply. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the shoot or after the photographer has arrived will incur a fee equal to 100% of the package cost.
